Why Cold Brew Coffee?
As the name suggests, Cold Brewing uses Cold Water to gently infuse the Ground Coffee Beans. Conventional Hot Brewing uses almost boiling water.
The reduced brewing temperature means that Cold Brewing is a much slower process, which can take up to 24 hours.
Conventional Hot Brewing takes just a few minutes.
Cold Brewing produces a Coffee that is naturally smoother; less sour & bitter than Conventional Hot Brewed Coffee & contains delicious notes of Vanilla, Caramel, & Chocolate.
